Join us for a dress to impress evening of dinner and dancing, including; a drink on arrival, 2 course meal, entertainment and an auction / silent auction.

How to book your ticket:
1) Pay for your ticket either by cash (speak to Lindsey Ward / Amber Allen to do this), or bank transfer to:

Account number – 33062656
Reference number – your name
2) Choose your dinner and dessert from the options below and let us know if you have any dietary requirements.
Food choices
Main: Oven roasted chicken breast or roasted vegetable and feta tart
Dessert: Chocolate fudge cheesecake or vanilla crème brulee
3) Send an email to CUBsSummerBall@nationwide.co.uk confirming you’ve paid, the names of the people you have booked tickets for and your food choices (plus any dietary requirements).
That’s it, you’re done! We’ll email your personalised invitations back to you which you will need to show us on the night (showing us your email invite is ok).

Auction & Silent Auction
On the night we are going to hold an auction and a silent auction.
The top 3 items will be auctioned off on the night itself, with all other items included in our silent auction.
During a silent auction, you write your bid and place it in the box next to the items. When the auction time closes, the highest bidder wins the item and we’ll announce this on the night during the auction.
All auction items will be announced before the ball and emailed over to everyone who has purchased a ticket.
